Every record starts before anyone is watching.

Brad Stephens is a 115-meter depth athlete competing for Team USA, based on the Pacific coast of Quepos, Costa Rica, where he also founded Rica Freedivers.

He also serves as President of the Federación de Freediving Costa Rica, Treasurer of USA Freediving, and is the founder of Evolution Spearfishing, a spearfishing education agency.

Now he's going after the bi-fins world record, targeting the 2027–28 seasons, and documenting the entire campaign in The Line — a YouTube series running from first training block to record day. The brand that joins now owns the story from the beginning.
